libimage-librsvg-perl software package provides Perl binding for the GNOME librsvg SVG renderer library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libimage-librsvg-perl
libimage-librsvg-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libimage-librsvg-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libimage-librsvg-perl *
You will get with libimage-librsvg-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
